Cascades and Dismal Falls

How do you take a shower in nature? This shows how. You find a waterfall. Two good waterfalls within driving distance of SUUSI are Cascades and Dismal Falls. This year they tried something special with Cascades. There were two Cascades trips at the same time, one going downhill and the other uphill. I went on the downhill hike. We drove up in vans and took each other's vans back home. That added some interest to the hike. Dismal Falls was also interesting, with its moderately deep pool at the end of a series of cascades.
