My Inside Life

In this workshop we wrote a summary of our life story so far, and recited them. Our leader then showed us a model consisting of a plastic tetrahedron with a ball suspended inside - representing the ego. The sides represented categories such as work, family, and community; me, social self, and I; and so forth. On the second and third days he had us talk to Sesame Street dolls, which I found hard to do. But I was able to do it at SUUSI because I had support from others in the group.
