Theme Talks and Worship Services

At 9 o'clock every day, both am and pm, SUUSI celebrated Theme and Worship services. This year brought a variety of good services, from the Life Changes Theme Talk of Rev. Alane Cameron Miles (left) to the guitar playing and singing of SUUSIBoyz leader Alexis Jones (right). Other talks and sermons included a forthright sermon by Rev. Meg Barnhouse and Jennifer Slade on Monday night to some revelations about Native American life from a speaker with Native American heritage. These theme and worship services gave us a chance to meditate and wonder for a brief hour before leaping back again into the joyful frenzy that is SUUSI.
