Wednesday morning I felt sore from all the activity ("fire") on Tuesday. I developed a pain in my left lower abdominal area. It was enough that I could not do too much, and so I skipped Mike Recant's dancing for a day. I went to the clinic and the doctor diagnosed a kidney stone and told me to drink a lot of water. I did, and the pain went away by evening and I was able to enjoy Wishing Chair's wolf song at Cabaret (see Performers).
But the Falls of the Little River trip was one of my better trips at SUUSI. It featured such events as a boy finding a feather (upper left), and finding a fractal caterpillar. The swirls on the caterpillar's back remind me of the Mandelbrot set and other fractals. A woman jumped into the fast moving rapids and came out on the other side of the rocks. Nearby the rapids we found a lizard (lower right) - can you see him?
