He charged through the Blidgey Wood
The totem he did name.
So he charged through the Blidgey Wood (the Blue Ridge) and found a little oasis in the dense forest named Dismal Falls. He was with some people there (upper left). He put on a swimsuit and hopped into the cold pool, then got out and walked up first a trail, then up the stream bed with some others, until someone found a wasp nest. Don't want to get near that! He went back and saw a statue above the pool. Does that mean anything? Can it say where La Bamba was? For certain, he did not find any La Bambas in the woods. He did find another statue, with some people nearby (lower left). He looked at the statue (lower right). He named it Baila, after the words of La Bamba: "Para Bailar la Bamba" and asked it where La Bamba was. It didn't know. "It's not out here. It must be at SUUSI. That's the only place I have seen La Bamba", and with that he headed back to Radford campus.
