And now it is curtain time! The longest-running UU-oriented theater production in the world presents its 2008 edition. What's going to happen this year? Someone out to ruin SUUSI? Superheroes? No, this year, it is nursery rhymes, including The Big Bad Wolf and the Three Little Pigs, the Big Bad Wold and Little Miss Riding Hood, and Three Blind Mice. So in these adventures, I suppose the Big Bad Wolf, maybe assisted by the farmer's wife, threaten SUUSI, or something. Anyway, it makes for some funny renditions. I have always liked mixed up nursery rhymes such as

Little Miss Horner
Sat in the corner
Eating her curds and whey.
She stuck in her thumb,
And pulled out a spider,
Which scared Miss Horner away.

which I suppose would result in a lawsuit against the makers of the curds and the whey because a spider was in their product. In TWOB's finest moment, the Big Bad Wolf threatens Little Miss Riding Hood, when the Three Pigs come out of nowhere and defend her (top right). In the top left, the three pigs hold up their houses for the Wolf to blow. The Three Pigs and Three Mice get together in the bottom left, and the Three Mice extend a hand in the bottom right. It was a great show.

So what's coming up for next year? It has to do with fire, because of the theme of kindling the flame within. Maybe fire creatures threaten to burn down SUUSI, when SUUSIites generate their own blaze within and get together to throw the demons out.
