On Tuesday morning, our Wanderer got up and went to theme talks. He knew good luck would happen today because he danced with Lady Luck last night. Sure enough, when he got to Porterfield, the first thing they sang was the beautiful song, "Nothing could be Fina than to Be in Carolina in the Morning...". (upper left). He found out that way back in Mesozoic times, before he was around at SUUSI, they used to wake up to Reveille, as though this were a military camp, and then to this song. The worship continued with a sermon,(upper right), then a lot of singers having us do meditation (lower left), then singing songs, including "Let It Be a Dance". After this he went to the bookstore to see if any good books were there. He found an interesting one by Rev. Bill Gupton, entitled "Remember the Feeling". (lower right) He opened it up and found that it was a history of SUUSI! Later that day he browsed through the book, and found that La Bambas began in the 1970s and became extinct in 2002, that artist Mary Feagan once jumped out of an airplane with a parachute at SUUSI, and there were balloon flights at another SUUSI. He thought this was the biggest piece of good luck he could find. He knew he would have good luck that day, and he did. At the bookstore he talked with a woman near the table that had the SUUSI book on it. This seemed like the luckiest woman of them all. He wanted to dance with her sometime this week.

So he went to Serendipity again, and danced with some women. He found the same one as the one the previous year, and she was just as good this year. So this woman is Lady Luck. How can there be more than one Lady Luck, he wondered. Just then a blast of wind somewhere hit him on the dance floor. It whispered, "Lady Luck is not a person. It can be with any woman. It's a feeling. Remember the Feeling!" He turned around, and saw the White Rabbit flying in the air. The rabbit then blew out the door and disappeared. So once again he met Lady Luck. The Black Swan must really be in retreat now. Maybe he will meet the cows tomorrow. He danced with another woman, and this dance was also a really great dance. It's Lady Luck again, he thought, even though it was not the woman he met earlier. But he would get double good luck this time. Maybe both cows...
